Below you'll find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about delivery, returns, and your rights as a customer when shopping with us. We follow the standard conditions for online purchases in accordance with Norwegian consumer laws.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.


How do I pay for my order?

You can pay by credit card or vipps and the payment will be processed immediately. 


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen shipping method. For shipment in Norway, the standard price is NOK 80,-. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping – check the banner or checkout page for current offers. Right now, we are offering free shopping in Norway to all orders over NOK 1.000,-


Can I return a product?

Yes. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order. This is called the right of withdrawal. To return an item, please contact us at hei@glodyoga.no within the withdrawal period.


How do I use my right of withdrawal?

Send us an email within 14 days of receiving your order, clearly stating that you wish to cancel the purchase. You don’t need to give a reason, but you must send the product back within 14 days after notifying us. The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.


When will I receive a refund?

Once we have received and approved your returned item, we will refund your payment using the same method you used for your original purchase. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of receiving the return.


What if the product is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at  hei@glodyoga.no, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Do I have to pay for returns?

Yes, unless the product is faulty or incorrect. You are responsible for return shipping costs when using the right of withdrawal. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping.


How should I package the return?

Please return the product in its original packaging and make sure it is well protected during transit. Items returned in unsellable condition may be refused or refunded partially.


Can I refuse to accept the package upon delivery?

Yes, but this is not the same as using your right of withdrawal. If you refuse the package without notifying us, return and handling costs may be deducted from your refund.


What are my consumer rights?

As a consumer in Norway or the EU/EEA, you are protected by the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, and other relevant regulations. These laws ensure your right to return, refund, and complaint handling. You can read more here:

How can I complain?

Complaints must be directed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer may contact the Consumer Authority for mediation. The Consumer Authority can be reached by phone at +47 23 400 600 or at www.forbrukertilsynet.no.

The European Commission's complaints portal can also be used if you wish to submit a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. The complaint can be submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
